Nathalie is the owner of Life Coach & Consulting; She has the experience of counseling families for more than a decade. She served 21, 000 people as the Resident Resources Coordinator for one of the largest family shelters in the Midwest Minnesota USA. Nathalie supervised staff, she counseled families, and she reinforced rules and policies. She served as a Child Protection Social Worker with a local government agency. Her experience ranges from family assessments, investigations, and parent support outreach, psychotherapy.
Nathalie is also an entrepreneur who bridges the gap in her community since 2018 in Worthington, MN with World Mart, providing African experience to her customers with an international kitchen ( food truck), African Market, Hair and beauty supply store
( Hairbraiding), and an Intercultural Community Center.
She is an international motivational speaker, and she has been a keynote speaker in different audiences, churches, schools, retreat and academies.
Nathalie is a licensed parent coach with the degree Psychology and focus on Behavioral, clinical Psychology, Cognitive and Positive Psychology from Hamline University, St Paul, MN, USA. She has visited many homes during her time serving families, she has served people from different backgrounds. Nathalie lived in different countries in Africa and lived in England prior to moving to America.
She was a guardian of 1 girl from age 12 until she got married and she is currently raising 3 boys along with her husband Mcnay Nkashama. She has extensive travel experience in different countries in Europe and Africa. She has a great perspective on families and cultures.
